ABC Ventures, LLC is a short-term vacation rental management company based in California. We own and operate short-term rental properties and provide direct guest support services for all stays booked through our properties. Our team handles guest communications, property coordination, and stay-related assistance from booking through check-out.

Guest SMS Support Service

ABC Ventures, LLC operates a text message support line for guests with active reservations at our properties. Booked guests receive our support number in their pre-arrival welcome message and may text it to receive automated answers to common stay-related questions — check-in, check-out, WiFi, amenities, house rules, and more.

Messages are handled by an automated assistant monitored by our property management team.

How Guests Opt In

SMS opt-in is offered exclusively to guests with confirmed reservations. Upon booking, guests receive a welcome message that includes our support number and an invitation to text with any questions during their stay. By texting the provided number, guests consent to receive SMS responses from ABC Ventures, LLC related to their reservation.

      Guests are never added to any mailing list or marketing program. Messages are
      sent only in direct response to guest-initiated texts.
    

Message Details

Message types: Reservation updates, check-in help, property information, house rules, and general guest assistance.
Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. Replies are sent only in response to messages you initiate. You will not receive unsolicited messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP at any time to immediately stop receiving messages.

        ABC Ventures, LLC: Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM to give the cleaners time to prepare the home for your arrival.

Guests who reply STOP are immediately removed and will not receive further messages. Opt-in is not required to complete a booking — it is offered solely as a convenience for guests who want stay-related support via text.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are used solely to respond to your questions during your stay. Message history may be reviewed by our property management team to improve the service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
